The Council is going through a 'Best Value' review of its Grounds Maintenance Service and would like your help.  Best Value is a legal requirement, which ensures that activities and functions of the Council are continuously improved in an economic, effective and efficient manner. By simply completing and returning the questionnaire you will help in shaping the future direction of a service that provides, manages and maintains nearly 200 hectares of Parks, Recreation Grounds, Open Spaces, Allotments and Nature Reserves.
